ZLGB系列刮板式排屑机主要用于干式或湿式加工中长度不超过50mm非团状、细小碎屑的分离和清除，适合于各种不同切屑材质。磁刮板式排屑机则主要适用于采用湿式加工的短碎状钢屑、铸铁屑的输送。
     刮板式排屑装置采用减速电机驱动，由链条带动刮屑板将沉淀在排屑机的底板上的切屑刮出至集屑车内。本装置工作可靠、性能稳定、定量排屑，拆卸方便、容易维修。磁刮板式排屑装置是在刮板式排屑装置的基础上在排屑机的底板上设有永磁式磁场，切屑先吸附在底板上再有刮屑板强行刮出。在湿式加工中，磁刮板式排屑机是替代永磁式排屑机的首选机型。

     Scraper-type chip conveyor is mainly used for separating and removing nonlumping fine chips not exceeding50mm in length during dry or wet processing, applicable to chips of various materials. Magnetic scraper-type chip conveyor finds its main application in conveying of short steel scraps and cast iron scraps during wet processing.Driven by motor reducer, scraper chip conveyor adopts chains to bring along the scraper, to scrape the chips on the floor-plate of conveyor out into the chip collecting cart. This device is reliable, with stable performance, quantitative chip conveying, convenient dismantling and easy maintenance. Magnetic-type scraper chip device is added with permanent magnet magnetic field in floor-plate of a chip conveyor based on the scraper-type chip conveyor, when chips are first adsorbed onto the floor-plate before being scraped out by the scraper.
