ZLZH系列综合排屑过滤冷却装置由排屑机、冷却系统、过滤系统、液位控制系统、电控系统、水箱等几部分组成,是集排屑、过滤、冷却于一体的综合性排屑、冷却、净化装置。可实现对切削液的多级过滤，以满足机床的高精度加工要求。该装置主要应用于铣、镗、钻、铰等对冷却液精度要求比较高的各类专用机床加工回收、处理切屑输送的综合处理系统。

      This unit consists of chip conveyor, cooling system, filtering system, control system and water tanks. It is an integrated device covering chip conveyance, filtering/purifying and cooling. It can provide multi-filtrations over coolant, and can meet hi-precision processing requirements for machine tools. It is mainly used in the integrated treatment system for chip processing, recovering and conveying for various special machine tools with higher requirements over coolant precision, like milling, boring, drilling and reaming machines.
