ZLCF系列磁性分离器主要用于磨床及其他机床冷却液的净化工序。污液通过永磁式磁辊筒与导流板之间时，铁碳类磨屑等杂质吸附在磁辊外壁上，经胶辊碾压，将杂质中的冷却液挤出，最后由刮板将杂质刮落至集污箱中。该机分离效果好，外形简洁。体积小。安装方便，使用寿命长，是磨削类加工中冷却液净化的理想辅助设备。

       The magnetic segregator is mainly applied in coolant purification for grinders and other machine tools. When dirty fluid passes between permanent magnetic rollers and guide plate, impurities like iron chips are adsorbed to the outer walls of magnetic roller. With pressing of the rubber rollers, the coolant inside the impurities are squeezed out, and the impurities will be removed to the collection tank by the scraper. This machine has an ideal separation effect, with simple contour, small cubic measurement, easy installation and long service life. It is an ideal supporting facility for purifying the coolants in processing by grinding.
