ZLWF系列涡旋分离器主要用于湿式加工中冷却液杂质的分离，水基脏冷却液以一定的压力进入涡旋分离器，当液体旋转向下进入圆锥型分离腔体，液体速度不断提高，固体杂质被甩到腔壁下到腔体底部由出口排除。而干净的液体沿椎体的轴线螺旋上升，形成涡流，向上由净液口流出。这种分离形式无滤材消耗，可并联以增大流量，也可串联提高过滤精度，亦与其它过滤器组合使用。

      Vortex separator is mainly used in separation of coolant impurities in wet processing. The used water-based coolant enters vortex separator from inlet at a certain speed. As the coolant revolves down into the conical separating cavity, the coolant keeps accelerating and solid impurities will be discharged at the outlet while clean coolant will go up and flow out from clean coolant outlet. This kind of separation will not consume filtering materials, and can be used together with other filtering devices.
